FIFIELD WELCOMES REAPPOINTMENT
Senator Mitch Fifield today welcomed his reappointment as Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Disabilities, Carers and the Voluntary Sector by Opposition Leader Tony Abbott.
Senator Fifield was first appointed to the role in February 2009 by the then Opposition Leader.
“I am looking forward to continuing to work with the disability, carer and voluntary sectors as part of Tony Abbott’s team,” Senator Fifield said.
“Working in these areas for the past nine months has been very rewarding and I am delighted that I will continue to have the opportunity to do so,” said Senator Fifield.
Senator Fifield will now also represent the Shadow Minister for Families, Housing and Human Services and the Shadow Assistant Treasurer in the Senate.
